After 10days' patience , natural raisin & yoghurt yeast has perfectly grown up .
By using this yeast , I baked Rye , Wholemeal & Flaxseed Bread.
It took about 7 hours including 6hours' fermentation .
That might sound too long . But when you taste it ,you definately can tell the difference of taste , and texture from the natural yeast.
It is worth spending time .
And more importantly , it's super safe bread as you know all the ingredients you use for , you know even how the yeast was made and as this bread was made by somebody you can trust the most(it means you of course).
