"The Queen of Sheba", I guess that's the name of the chocolate cake my mother, who has been a hard drinker (and I definately am her daughter),who ordered one bottle of whisky on the first date with my father then her fiance,used to bake very often.She always brushed a lot of dark rum until the cake couldn't absorb anymore. It is not suitable for kids I know but it is one of the cake that reminds me of my childhood.
This time I used white chocolate, used less alcohol(not rum but cognac),less sugar, less butter.
