"Tataki"is a way of cooking fish or meat(beef , horse),searing fish or meat briefly and cool down immedeately .then thinly slice.
Today I used a slice of beef steak(ribeye)
Good thing about this dish is that you can serve at least for 2.
You can use any kind of vegetables for salad with the beef .It goes well with this onion butter soysauce but it's all up to your taste.If you mind "butter",ponzu soysauce is also a good option.
