
Deep fried pork with flowing half cooked eggs(don't worry,I use cleaned eggs) with sweet soysauce gravy and shredded onion are perfect quartet.

Cauliflower is rather a newcomer in Japanese cuisine and I know many of us don't care about this vegetable for its blunt taste.However for dish any other veges cannot be substituted for cauliflower.
