I will be having a online class 24 Feb (Wed) 6 PM for the set. For the main, I will be cooking this Beef steak with Yuzu kosyo butter balsamic vinegar sauce.
Yuzu kosyo is spicy green chili and yuzu paste that gives nice kicks to not only steak but also to your steam boat, yakitori or it could be used to make salad dressing .
Many of you might have had this Vietnamese rice spring roll .
I use the rice sheet to make it to Japanese version of the refreshing salad wrap with shiso, glass noodles,shiso leaves, shio kouji steamed salmon , prawns .
For the sauce, I made this spicy garlic sesame dipping sauce to add some richness .
