Here is the menu for the classes.
1 Swiss Roll Tower (Above) : Matcha green tea roll, Vanilla Roll and Purple sweet potato roll.
2 Blackcurrant Parfait : Ricotta Frozen Yoghurt with blackcurrant Swirl,Blackcurrant Jam, Black currant Frozen Marshmallow, Honey Cinnamon Mousse and Praline chocolate Feuilletine and Cocoa Choux Stick
3 Caramel Cream Hazel Nut Butter Cake with Rum syrup and Rum Icing
4 As for the bonus recipes (not demo-ed), Christmas granola made of rolled oats,lots of nuts, dry cranberry, raisin, candied orange peel
5 Angelfood Cake :The cake is made of egg white and sugar . It's dressed with whipping cream and snow white coconut flakes.
For this year, I thought more of less time consuming desserts while keeping them look festive enough . I hope I will see you all at the school !!
