This logcake is what I taught a few years ago and it's still remains one of my memorable Christmas cakes.
This cake is consisted of vanilla sponge cake, rum flavoured french chestnut paste and chantilly crea,light butter cream and slow baked meringue.
It's a pack of my favourites.
I will be having hands on class for this cake right before Christmas Eve

( It takes about 4.5hrs to complete). Yest it's close to Christmas.
So you bake, assemble the cake, bring back whole cake and serve it on Christmas eve or Christams day.
The cookies for decoration will be prepared in advance.
